This legal agreement outlines the operational guidelines for the TalkPe Pro ecosystem. By using our application, you agree to adhere to these strict community and regulatory protocols.
0118+ Eligibility & Access
By accessing the TalkPe Pro application, you legally confirm that you are strictly 18 years of age or older. TalkPe Pro is an interactive social and skill-gaming platform restricted to adults. We reserve the right to terminate any account suspected of belonging to a minor.
02UGC & Zero Tolerance Conduct
We strictly monitor User-Generated Content (UGC), including Spotlight videos, profile pictures, and in-call behavior. Nudity, sexual content, harassment, and hate speech are strictly prohibited. Users and Hosts are provided with immediate "Block" and "Report" tools. Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports and will enforce permanent device and IP bans within 24 hours for violators.
03Virtual Economy & No Gambling
TalkPe Pro features interactive skill-based games (Reflex Arena, Memory Match) and 1-on-1 secure calls powered by virtual "Diamonds". We strictly prohibit gambling. Diamonds hold no real-world monetary value for users and cannot be withdrawn for cash. All transactions are securely processed via Google Play Billing.
04Host Obligations & Payouts
Verified Hosts earn rewards based on call durations and game hosting. To protect against fraud, all payout requests are subject to strict manual review (5-7 working days). Hosts must not share personal contact details to bypass the app's secure billing system; doing so will result in an immediate account ban and forfeiture of pending rewards.
