By accessing or using the TalkPe Pro professional mentorship app and website (www.talkpepro.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. TalkPe Pro Technologies reserves the right to update these terms to maintain professional standards.
02Service Description
TalkPe Pro is an educational consulting platform that connects users with verified experts for real-time video and audio consultations via external providers like Zoom or Google Meet. We act solely as a facilitator for professional mentorship and skill-based learning. The advice given by experts is their own professional opinion and does not represent the official stance of TalkPe Pro Technologies.
03User Conduct
Users must maintain respectful and professional behavior during mentorship video calls. Any form of harassment, nudity, unprofessional conduct, or illegal activities during the session will result in an immediate permanent ban without refund. We prioritize the safety and integrity of our professional mentorship community.
04Payments & Bookings
Payments made for consultation slots are valid for the selected session only. All financial transactions are handled securely via our authorized payment partner, Instamojo. TalkPe Pro ensures complete transparency in slot booking and payment management.
