Welcome to TalkPe Pro. We collect minimal personal information such as your Name, Phone Number, and Profile Picture to create your account and facilitate connections with experts.
02Camera and Microphone Usage
To provide real-time 1-on-1 video consultations, our application requires access to your device's Camera and Microphone. This data is processed securely via encrypted WebRTC/Agora channels. We do NOT record or store your video/audio calls on our servers.
03Payment Information
All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
04Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
