TalkPe Pro operates on a secure virtual economy. Please review our strict policies regarding in-app purchases, Google Play Billing, and digital asset usage.
01Virtual Diamonds & Google Play
All top-ups and purchases of virtual "Diamonds" are processed exclusively through the official Google Play Billing system. Diamonds are digital assets intended solely for interacting with Hosts and participating in skill-based games within the app. They hold NO real-world monetary value and cannot be cashed out by users. All purchases are final and strictly non-refundable.
02Network Disconnects & Interactions
We understand that network drops happen. To protect your digital assets:

Skill Games (Reflex Arena / Memory Match): If a disconnection occurs during an active game session, our system automatically evaluates the match state. Validated disconnects will not result in an unfair loss of your Diamond entry fee.

1-on-1 Live Calls: Diamond deductions happen on a per-minute basis. If a call drops, deductions stop immediately. We do not refund diamonds for minutes already consumed during a connected call.
03Zero-Tolerance Account Bans
TalkPe Pro enforces strict 18+ safety and community guidelines. If an account is permanently banned due to severe violations (e.g., explicit content, abuse, harassment, or scamming), any remaining virtual Diamond balance will be immediately forfeited without eligibility for a refund.
