TalkPe Pro Technologies maintains a transparent billing ecosystem for our global mentorship services. Please review our policies regarding session bookings and professional consultations.
01Session Bookings
All successful payments for TalkPe Pro consultation slots are final and strictly non-refundable. If your payment is deducted but the slot is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method by our payment partner Instamojo within 5-7 business days.
02Consultation Calls
Since TalkPe Pro provides reserved time slots for professional video consultations:

No Refunds for Completed Sessions: Once a professional consultation call connects via Zoom/Meet and the mentorship time elapses, the paid amount cannot be refunded as the professional service has been rendered.

Technical Glitches: If a consultation call drops within the first few minutes due to a critical platform issue on our end, you will be eligible to reschedule or request a refund.

Expert Unavailability: If you have booked a session but the expert fails to join the video call at the agreed time, your payment will be fully refunded or a new slot will be provided.
03Account Bans
Accounts banned for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., unprofessional behavior or misuse of platform guidelines during mentorship sessions) will not be eligible for refunds on any upcoming booked sessions.
