Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Wallet Recharges

All successful wallet recharges (Diamond purchases) are final and strictly non-refundable. If your payment is deducted but diamonds are not credited, the amount will be auto-refunded to your original payment method by our gateway partner (Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.

02Consultation Calls

Since TalkPe Pro provides real-time, pay-per-minute video consultations:

  No Refunds for Completed Minutes: Once a call connects and time elapses, the deducted wallet balance cannot be refunded as the service has been rendered.

  Technical Glitches: If a call drops within the first 15 seconds due to a platform server issue, no charges will be deducted.

• ✦

  Expert Unavailability: If you are charged for a call but the expert fails to join, your wallet balance will be instantly restored.

03Account Bans

Accounts banned for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., inappropriate behavior on camera) will forfeit their remaining wallet balance. No refunds will be issued.
